Data is not kept indefinitely by default. You can find these periods, and the reasons behind them, in our Privacy Policy.
Game data
We process the personal data collected through the game for three years after your last activity in it. After that it is no longer kept for the purpose it was collected for.
If you ask us to delete it sooner
We erase or anonymise your personal data within 30 days of the request. See Request Your Personal Data.
When we keep something longer
Two cases:
- Legal obligations. Tax and accounting rules require records of purchases to be kept for a set period, so a purchase record can outlive a deleted account.
- Legal claims. Where data is needed to defend against a claim, it may be retained until that is resolved.
Newsletter
If you subscribed to our newsletter, we keep the data for that until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe — whichever comes first.
