You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and you can ask for a copy of it. These are rights under data protection law, not favours. You can read the full list in our Privacy Policy.
What you can ask for
- Access — what data we hold, why we process it, and who we share it with
- A copy, in a structured, machine-readable format, which you may also ask us to send to another provider where that is technically possible
- Correction, if something we hold is wrong or incomplete
- Restriction of processing, while a dispute about accuracy or grounds is open
- Objection to processing for marketing purposes
- Deletion — the strongest of these, and permanent. The game's settings include an option to delete your data and your account, and you can also request it at the address below.
How to ask
Write to privacy@voidhunters.com. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at dpo@artifexmundi.com.
Include your player ID so we can find the right account, and send the request from the email address on the account if you have one.
What happens then
We may need to verify your identity first, so that your data is not handed to somebody else. If a legal obligation prevents us from doing what you asked, we will tell you that rather than leave it unanswered.
A copy of your data is easier to read on a computer than on a phone.
If you are not satisfied
You can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, the supervisory authority for data protection in Poland, where we are based.
